• Send out save-the-date cards to guests
• Reserve accommodations for out of town guests
• Find your special bridal dress
• Make appointment with our Luxury Linens Specialist at Veda Home
• Register for gifts at Veda Home
• Find & book caterer, photographers, videographer, florist and band or DJ

6 to 8 months before…

• Decide on your menu
• Book ceremony musicians and work on your song list
• Order your bridesmaid’s dresses

4 to 6 months before…

• Shop for your rings
• Start shopping for the Groom’s and Groomsmen’s formalwear
• If needed, get your passports

3 months before…

• Finalize your guestbook
• Order your invitations
• Order your wedding cake
• Celebrate at your wedding shower
• Hire transportation for your wedding day if needed

2 months before…

• Mail out your invitations
• Try out wedding day hair styles

1 month before…

• Have your final wedding dress fitting
• Create a wedding program if you would like one

2 weeks before…

• Apply for a marriage license
• Call guests who have not R.S.V.P’d
• Send DJ a list of special songs you’d like

1 week before…

• Give your reception site a final guest count
• Finish reception seating chart and write out place cards
• Attend bachelor/bachlorette parties

2 to 3 days before…

• Reconfirm with your reception site, florist, cake, music, photographer, caterer, etc.

Day before…

• Rehearse your ceremony
• Give your marriage license to the officiate
• Attend rehearsal dinner & present gifts
