ORDERING ONLINE

Veda Home uses the highest standard of security available. We guarantee absolutely, the security of your information. To purchase any product(s) click the "Add to My Shopping Cart" button located above the large image of the item you have selected. This will take you to the Checkout Page. Fill out the checkout form and remember that for security reasons you must enter the address where the credit card statements are received. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt confirming your order. This receipt will include a tracking number for your future reference. In the event that you have to contact us by telephone or email, please indicate your order tracking number for faster response (click here to order).

RETURN POLICY

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Our daily shipping deadline is 12pm (PST). In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or a product arrives damaged, please call our Customer Service Department 916-939-9108 within 5 days of receipt. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Veda Home ships throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We can also arrange delivery of orders throughout CANADA.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. APO, FPO addresses or to United States Possessions or Territories (Puerto Rico or USVI).

In some instances orders will be shipped directly by our suppliers. We monitor these orders to ensure that they have been sent to you in a timely manner. Should you ever have any questions please contact our Customer Service Department 24/7 by email (contact us).

SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS

Shipping charges are calculated per item, we will add additional shipping charges for more than one item in an order. When checking out, you will be given the shipping options available.

All shipping charges apply per shipping address.

Second Day Air Delivery - (2 Business Days) add additional $14.99 to the standard delivery charge.

Overnight Delivery - (Next Business Day) an additional $18.99 to the standard delivery charge.

Saturday Delivery - add additional $28.97 to the delivery charge. This service is not universally available in the U.S.
This service charge is required when Saturday Delivery is preferred.

Sunday Delivery - Service is NOT Available

Items Ordered will generally ship the same day if the order is received before 12:00pm (PST). Delivery time in transit is calculated from the following day. All Delivery Times are calculated in Business Days. Saturday Delivery is an additional charge and not available in all areas. We do not deliver on Sundays.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery of shipment caused by adverse weather.

If you have more than Five (5) separate orders, you can use the Excel form we provide with our Concierge Service. or call our Customer Service Department 916-939-9108. You can also email us your list, including names, addresses, telephone numbers and gift message for each recipient to custserv@vedahome.com we will call you immediately to confirm and finish the order process.
